From Highway A4 Milano-Venezia exit at Venezia toll and follow to Mestre Centre - railway station. At the first and second traffic light turn left to the railway station. Then at the third trafic light turn right to Mestre centre throught Via Cappuccina. After 15 mt. you will find the hotel Regit on your left, on the other side of the street.
From Mestre railway station: when go out turn right to Mestre centre and follow the street Via cappuccina for 300 mt. You will find the hotel on the left
From Venice international Airport - M. Polo:
With bus N. 15 - every 15 min. to Mestre Centre - railway station. Then 5 min. walking distance from railway station (300 mt) to Mestre Centre - via Cappuccina - the hotel is on the left side.
